How do I login to my class?
When you enroll you will receive an email with a link to your class. But if you don’t have that handy, you can click the Login button on the top right of the JTG Learn home page. Read more about logging in.
How do a I navigate through my class and change the video settings?

How do I request a refund?
Easy. You can use the Contact link inside any JTG Learn class Just send an email to us at hello@jtglearn.com and let us know who you are and which class you want a refund for.
Can I take classes on my phone?
Absolutely. We know you’re busy and looking for ways to make every minute count. Our classes are all available through the Teachable app for iOS in the Apple App Store.
What are your classes be like?
Our first offerings are self-paced classes ranging from roughly two to eight hours in length, with a modular design that makes them easy to complete. They combine video, screencasts, and other elements. In the future, we will offer live webinar courses.
Do all your classes come with lifetime access?
Yes they do! We want JTG Learn to be part of your career support toolset for the long haul.
